What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply contact us at undertheglo@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.

What is your return and refund policy?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Shipping is 5-7 business days, processing is 1-2 business days. 

When will my order be shipped ?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
